In this class we will explore the lunar cycle through creating art. In this class we will be drawing cards from my oracle card collection that focuses on the animal for the year. that focus on the animal that represents that year. Following the card pull we will use the energy of the card as inspiration to create a painting. Like the intuitive paint pouring class we will be starting with a blank canvas. Students will be able to write affirmations, symbols, and anything else they feel called to put on the canvas. We will follow this with a paint pour technique I have chosen that represents the energy of the animal for the lunar new year. This is 3 week class. Week one focuses on the card pull, adding to the blank canvas (before the pour) and the paint pour. In week two we will be outlining our animal and adding symbols. Week three we will be adding the stones and pouring the resin.
